Match type: Stableford
- Arrival: Please arrive well in advance to allow sufficient time for parking and registration.
- Tee Time: Verify your tee time on the eve of the event to ensure a smooth start.
- Course Requirements: Familiarise yourself with any specific requirements or guidelines for the course.
- Dress Code: Ensure you adhere to the dress code specified for the event. Typically, this includes collared shirts and appropriate golf footwear.
- Weather Conditions: Check the weather forecast for the day and come prepared for any conditions. If there are any changes or specific weather-related instructions, these will be communicated on the day.
- Equipment: Make sure your golf equipment is in good condition and that you have all necessary items such as scorecards, pencils, and tees.

- Slow Play: To maintain the pace of play, avoid slow play. If you’re struggling to score on a hole, please move to the next tee and keep pace with the group ahead.
